Hello to you, our Southern neighbour! It's no secret things have gotten a little spicy when it comes to shipping across the border. Because of this we have had to make some complicated changes BUT....that doesn't mean we aren't shipping there.
The fact of the matter is that it has become unpredictable with so many changes that it's hard to keep up! In order to maintain our good relationship with you all know this before you order:
1. The shipping fee is inclusive of the MPF. What is MPF? The Merchandise Processing Fee (MPF) is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection user fee charged on most goods imported into the United States. That fee is now worked into the shipping costs which is why they may seem high.
2. Tariffs and duties are added into your order before you pay. They will show up as "Duties" at checkout.
*All duties and and import fees must be prepaid before the packages can ship now and they are not inexpensive. As a small business we simply can not incur these costs ourselves. Hopefully things will change for the better in the future.
Not how we prefer to do things but a bandaid for now.
